Job summary

Enterprise Recruitment Limited is seeking an experienced Antenna Design Engineer to own and deliver complete radar antenna work packages, from concept through validation, while contributing to RF technology advancement.

You will specialise in printed and waveguide antenna design at microwave frequencies, model systems with industry-standard tools, and work with RF components such as filters, splitters, combiners and rotary joints in a hybrid role based in Potters Bar.

Qualifications

• Experience in printed and waveguide antenna design at microwave frequencies.
• Able to model antenna systems using industry-standard software tools.
• Experience with RF components such as filters, splitters, combiners and rotary joints.
• Familiar with design processes, tolerance analysis and real-world implementation challenges.

Responsibilities

• Own and deliver complete antenna work packages from concept through validation.
• Lead antenna design projects and contribute to RF technology development.
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to meet performance and reliability goals.
