Finom is hiring a Lead Analytics Engineer for Finance. You will partner with treasury, reconciliation and accounting to shape data strategy, build scalable models and trusted data products, and drive automation across finance workflows.

You will define data standards, ensure data quality, and collaborate with corporate finance on investor reporting, while mentoring others in analytics‑engineering practice.

Qualificações

• Experience in finance data partnerships or data work for treasury, reconciliation or FP&A.
• Strong understanding of close, cash, liquidity and related reports.
• Expert SQL and data modelling capabilities.
• Proven experience building data products and metrics for other teams.
• ETL and data warehouse or lakehouse experience across end-to-end onboarding.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with Treasury, Reconciliation and Accounting to align data with processes and priorities.
• Build out treasury data: positions, cash flows and liquidity as trusted data products.
• Scale reconciliation to handle matches, breaks and exceptions systematically.
• Support Accounting with data, checks and integrations for close and daily work.
• Collaborate on corporate finance and investor reporting from a shared data model.
• Design and evolve the Finance data model, metrics, tests, lineage and docs.
• Set data standards and quality checks; build integrations with Finance systems.
• Introduce automation and agents to reduce recurring manual work.
• Assess current processes, quantify business value, and drive improvements.
