Job summary

Bombardier’s London Service Centre at Biggin Hill is seeking an Aircraft Structures Technician Team Lead to oversee structures support for the Operations and UMT teams, ensuring safety, quality and regulatory compliance. The role supports the fast-growing UK operations and requires strong leadership and hands-on oversight.

You will deputise for the Operations Manager as needed, manage resources, monitor progress, and drive continuous improvement while maintaining airworthiness and collaborating

Qualifications

• Leadership and supervision of allocated personnel in structure support for Operations/UMT teams.
• Promote a Safety and Just culture and ensure policy adherence.
• Deputisation for Operations Manager as required.
• Monitor labour requirements for structures support across projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the Structures team to ensure airworthiness and compliant workmanship.
• Communicate technical updates to operations leadership and project management.
• Drive continuous improvement and accountability for assigned tasks.
• Ensure timely IOR and Accident reports are submitted.
