Job summary

Key Talent Solutions is seeking a hands-on Lead Air Conditioning Engineer to lead installations, servicing, maintenance and fault-finding across a prestigious portfolio of commercial clients throughout London. You will be the technical lead on site, on-goingly mentoring junior engineers and coordinating daily site activities.

The ideal candidate has strong commercial air conditioning experience, with VRV/VRF and split systems proficiency, F-Gas Cat 1, and a valid UK driving licence.

Qualifications

• Strong commercial air conditioning experience required.
• Lead/Senior/Experienced Service or Installation Engineer experience desirable.
• F-Gas Category 1 is essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead air conditioning installation, servicing, maintenance and repair on commercial sites.
• Diagnose faults on VRV/VRF, split and multi-split systems.
• Act as technical lead on site and mentor junior engineers.
• Coordinate daily site activities and surveys with recommendations.
• Maintain health & safety standards and customer service across projects.

Are you an experienced Lead or Senior Air Conditioning Engineer looking for your next challenge with a growing commercial HVAC specialist?

Key Talent Solutions is looking for a hands-on Lead Air Conditioning Engineer to lead installations, servicing, maintenance, and fault-finding across a prestigious portfolio of commercial clients throughout London. This is an excellent opportunity to take the lead on-site while remaining technically involved in complex engineering projects.

What You'll Be Doing

• Leading air conditioning installation, servicing, maintenance, and repair works
• Diagnosing and fault-finding on:
  • Split Systems
  • Multi-Split Systems
  • VRV & VRF Systems
• Acting as the technical lead on site
• Supporting and mentoring junior engineers
• Coordinating daily site activities
• Carrying out technical surveys and providing recommendations
• Maintaining high standards of health & safety and customer service
• Building strong relationships with clients across commercial sites.

What We're Looking For

• Strong commercial air conditioning experience
• Previous experience as a Lead Engineer, Senior Engineer or experienced Service/Installation Engineer
• Excellent fault-finding and diagnostic skills
• Experience working with VRV/VRF, Split & Multi-Split systems
• F-Gas Category 1 (Essential)
• NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration (Preferred)
• Full UK Driving Licence
