Job summary

Bennett And Game Recruitment is seeking an Air Conditioning Maintenance Engineer to join a London-based HVAC team. The role is mobile across London, focusing on service, maintenance and fault finding across VRV/VRF, split and AHU/FCU systems.

You will work on commercial sites, with overtime paid and a 20 days holiday entitlement plus bank holidays; a full driving licence and F-Gas Cat 1 are required.

Qualifications

• Proven experience attending commercial sites, servicing, PPM, fault finding and repair.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in air conditioning.
• Able to work across London & Home counties.
• Full driving licence.
• F-Gas Cat 1.

Responsibilities

• Attend commercial sites for service, maintenance and fault finding on VRV/VRF, split, AHU/FCU systems.
• Perform repairs and undertake maintenance tasks as required.
• Occasionally provide on-site support as needed.

Position: Air Conditioning Maintenance Engineer

Location: Mobile across London

Salary: £35,000 - 45,000 depending on experience

Our client is a HVAC Principal Contractor in London with over 20 years of success and continued growth. Due to recent success, they are seeking an Air Conditioning Maintenance Engineer to join their ever-expanding HVAC Team.

The ideal candidate will have experience working across VRV, VRF, Split, Multi Split, FCU & AHUs. The role will also include critical cooling such as CCU, CRAC & DX systems.

The Air Conditioning Maintenance Engineer will be expected to complete various maintenance tasks and will occasionally support on-site. This role would be ideal for a junior candidate seeking progression or a senior engineer who is seeking a maintenance-only role.

Job Requirements

• Proven experience of attending commercial sites, working across service, PPM, fault finding and repair.
• Minimum 1 years' experience in air conditioning
• Able to work across London & Home counties
• Full Driving Licence
• F- Gas Cat 1

Salary & Benefits

• £35-45k based on experience
• Overtime paid 1.5 & 2x Based on 10 hour including site and travel time
