Job summary

Infinity Resource Solutions is seeking a Senior Air Conditioning Engineer to join our Surrey-based team. You will install, service and repair air conditioning systems, lead Split installations and contribute to larger commercial HVAC projects. Reading schematics and diagnosing faults is essential, with a focus on safety and quality customer service.

Qualifications

• Proven experience installing and maintaining air conditioning systems (Single-Split/Multi-Split/Sky Air).
• F-Gas certification is required.
• Full UK driving licence essential.

Responsibilities

Job description

My client are a family-run HVAC business looking for a skilled Senior Air Conditioning Engineer to join their growing team in order to build a team in Surrey. What you'll be doing

• Installing, servicing, and repairing air conditioning systems to manufacturer specifications and safety standards.
• Leading Split installations, with scope to contribute to larger commercial HVAC projects
• Diagnosing and troubleshooting faults using schematics, technical drawings, and manuals
• Carrying out routine maintenance to keep systems running efficiently and reliably
• Keeping accurate records of work carried out, including repairs, replacements, and upgrades
• Ensuring all work meets health & safety regulations and industry standards

What we're looking for

• Proven experience installing and maintaining air conditioning systems, especially Single-Split, Multi-Split and Sky Air systems, experience in VRV will be considered as advantage.
• Solid mechanical knowledge of HVAC equipment, and understanding the technical aspects from installations to maintenance.
• Comfortable reading schematics, technical drawings, and diagnostic tools
• Working knowledge of health & safety regulations relevant to HVAC work
• A proactive, problem-solving mindset and strong customer service skills
• Experience in construction or industrial repair environments is a plus, but not essential
