Job summary

IRIS Software Group is seeking a Lead Product Manager, AI to own the vision for AI features across the IRIS Elements Platform and broader cloud-based products. You will partner with Engineering, Data and Commercial teams to identify customer problems worth solving, translate insights into scalable AI solutions and drive measurable value while upholding responsible AI standards.

Qualifications

Proven product management experience in SaaS, platform products or AI-enabled environments.
Experience with accountants/accountancy products is desirable.
Experience taking products from idea to launch.
Strong customer-centric thinking and commercial awareness.
Experience collaborating with engineering and design in agile environments.

Responsibilities

Defining and owning the AI product roadmap.
Building and launching AI-powered features used by real customers.
Conducting customer research and translating insights into product priorities.
Collaborating with engineering and data teams to ensure strong AI foundations.
Establishing evaluation frameworks for AI outputs and product performance.
Working across multiple product teams to create shared AI capabilities that scale.
Monitoring AI trends, market developments and emerging opportunities.
