Job summary

On is seeking a Product Manager to drive the Finance technology strategy, roadmap and integration across ERP and cloud tools. You will work with engineers, consultants and stakeholders to understand business needs and deliver iterative financial solutions.

You will own prioritization, manage backlogs, and guide release cycles, upgrades and cross-functional integration, embedding AI-minded improvements across our finance tech stack.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on product management experience in IT or business systems.
• Extensive experience with Finance systems and ERP solutions.
• Strong understanding of agile methodologies and iterative delivery.
• AI-forward mindset to transform processes in financial tech.
• Solid knowledge of integration methodologies and cloud-based architectures.

Responsibilities

• Define strategy and multi-horizon product roadmap for Finance tech.
• Own backlog grooming with clear acceptance criteria and user stories.
• Lead discovery and sprint refinement with engineering and consultants.
• Drive architectural alignment and integration across finance, sales and supply chain.
