About the company:

We’re working with a start-up product innovation studio dedicated to AI and data-rich applications, with work to date centred in healthtech, sustainability, and B2B services, primarily.

Having delivered several successful client projects with a team of trusted freelance partners, our client is now looking to make their first permanent hire – a Lead AI Product Designer to lead and deliver client project work, and act as the founders' right-hand as the agency grows.

Opportunity:

This is a unique opportunity for a Lead Product Designer who wants to play an active role in business growth and strategy, as well as leading teams and delivering hands-on project work.

Essential experience:

1. Excellent client/stakeholder management skills; able to persuade and influence to deliver outstanding work.
2. Experience leading design projects and managing teams.
3. Possesses a multifaceted design toolkit, skilled in exploring user and business needs, UX, interaction design, and crafting beautiful and functional user interfaces.
4. Experience working on AI & data-rich products, with an understanding of foundational design principles for such products.
5. Experience working in start-ups or agencies/consultancies, with a track record of meeting project deadlines.
