You will be joining a team of UX Researchers and Product/Content/Marketing Designers.

The impact you'll have:

We're looking for a Principal Product Designer to join our growing Product Design team. You will have a passion for finding elegant solutions to complex problems and be comfortable in ambiguous situations. You will be part of a expanding Design function involved in Product, Marketing, Content, Brand, and responsible for the Design System and Brand guidelines.

Your day-to-day:

1. Design digital experiences that enhance our customers' interactions with us.
2. Collaborate closely with the business, engineers, and designers to oversee the user experience through continuous iterations.
3. Identify initiatives to improve the quality, efficiency, and impact of design.
4. Push forward the quality of work, including design, overall experience, and internal processes.
5. Work alongside our Head of Product Design to help create the design vision and uphold quality standards.
6. Deeply align with our brand vision and values to create authentic and meaningful experiences.

Your skillset:

1. Strong visual design skills, with a focus on delivering excellent experiences and solving problems.
2. Outstanding communication, storytelling, and facilitation skills to bring people together and build shared understanding, with an inspiring vision and narrative.
3. Make well-reasoned design decisions, always advocating for the best user experience.
4. Experience creating exceptional product experiences for high-growth companies, skilled in UI and UX design, with a portfolio demonstrating your work, process, and outcomes.
5. Proactive, organized, curious, humble, and empathetic.
