Job summary

Cloud Decisions is seeking an experienced Lead Business AI Engineer to head the design and delivery of AI-powered business solutions across the Microsoft ecosystem. This hands-on leadership role combines team management with solution design and delivery across Copilot Studio, Power Platform, Microsoft 365 and Azure AI.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering AI-powered business solutions using Microsoft Power Platform.
• Hands-on with Copilot Studio, Microsoft 365 Copilot or similar generative AI tech.
• Experience with Azure AI services, Azure OpenAI or Foundry.
• Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 ecosystem (Teams, SharePoint).
• Experience designing automation or AI-enabled enterprise solutions.
• Knowledge of low-code architecture, integrations, APIs, and enterprise apps.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a small team of AI Engineers, providing technical guidance and development.
• Design and oversee the delivery of AI-powered business solutions using Copilot Studio, Power Platform and Foundry.
• Build and implement intelligent automation using Power Apps, Power Automate and AI services.
• Define solution approaches using low-code/no-code technologies to limit custom development.
• Provide hands-on support for Copilot configurations, orchestration, integrations and automation challenges.
• Perform technical reviews ensuring adherence to standards and governance.
