Job summary

Cloud Decisions seeks an experienced Lead Business AI Architect to design and shape AI-powered business solutions across the Microsoft ecosystem. The role sits at the intersection of business needs, solution architecture and AI delivery, translating requirements into scalable architectures with Copilot Studio, Power Platform, Microsoft 365 and Foundry.

You will serve as a senior technical authority, defining designs, governance and technical standards while guiding engineering teams through

Qualifications

• Extensive solution architecture experience across Microsoft Power Platform, Microsoft 365 or Azure.
• Hands-on knowledge of Copilot Studio, Microsoft 365 Copilot or generative AI.
• Strong understanding of Power Apps, Power Automate and Dataverse.
• Experience designing low-code and AI-enabled solutions in enterprise environments.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical architectures and roadmaps.
• Experience producing architecture documentation and technical standards.
• Strong stakeholder management with senior internal customers.
• Knowledge of security, governance and compliance in Microsoft cloud environments.
• Power Platform / AI governance frameworks and centers of excellence experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture and solution design of AI-powered business solutions across Copilot Studio and Power Platform.
• Engage with internal teams to understand requirements and opportunities for AI and automation.
• Translate requirements into technical architectures and delivery roadmaps.
• Run workshops with stakeholders, POs and technical teams.
• Define high-level and detailed designs for Copilot, AI agents, workflows and business apps.
• Design integration approaches across Microsoft ecosystem and enterprise systems.
• Establish reusable patterns and standards for AI/automation solutions.
• Provide technical leadership to AI engineers during delivery.
• Review engineering designs to ensure alignment with architecture and quality standards.
• Ensure security, data governance and responsible AI considerations are met.
