Qualifications

• Experience designing and building AI agents and automation tools.
• Ability to provide technical oversight across projects and mentor juniors.
• Experience with cloud-native AI solutions and scalable architectures.
• Ability to translate business problems into technical scope with effort estimates.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop AI agents and automation tools to solve business problems.
• Design AI solutions across multiple projects and portfolios with scalable approaches.
• Decide between low-code and pro-code approaches for implementations.
• Design cloud-native solutions and integrate new AI offerings.
• Provide technical oversight and QA across projects and teams.
• Set engineering standards and review code and solutions.
• Shape and scope new demand, translating problems into deliverable scope.
• Own governance and end-to-end AI risk, information security, and data loss prevention.
