Citi London is hiring a Senior Forward Deployed Engineer to build production-grade AI agent reasoning loops and MCP servers, integrating enterprise systems and resilient execution pipelines. You will contribute to testing, evaluation, and deployment while collaborating with business and tech stakeholders.

The role emphasizes hands-on engineering, rapid delivery, and adherence to safety standards, with a hybrid work model and a competitive salary and benefits package.

Qualificações

• Proficient Python software engineering experience.
• LMM APIs integration and foundation model embedding.
• REST/gRPC API development, Docker, Git, Linux, and CI/CD automation.
• Understanding of prompt engineering and structured JSON validation.

Responsabilidades

• Develop agent reasoning logic and memory management in Python.
• Create MCP servers to connect agents to enterprise systems.
• Implement resilient error handling, retries, fallbacks, and HITL triggers.
• Integrate Lakera Guardrails for safety, PII filtering and jailbreak mitigation.
• Collaborate with C12 engineers on regression testbeds and deployment flows.
• Mentor junior developers and participate in sprint reviews.
• Ensure risk awareness and compliance with Citi policies.
