Job summary

Morson Edge is seeking an experienced Advanced Scaffolder for a permanent role at a major engineering and defence site in Plymouth, Devon. You will lead on complex scaffolding operations, supervise teams, and ensure work is completed safely and to industry standards.

Applicants must hold CISRS Advanced Scaffolder Card and NVQ Level 3 in Scaffolding. The role offers long-term work on a major site with ongoing training and career development.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years scaffolding experience.
• Experience leading teams on complex scaffolding projects.
• Experience on industrial, infrastructure or heavy engineering sites.
• CISRS Advanced Scaffolder Card and NVQ Level 3 in Scaffolding (or equivalent).

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise teams carrying out advanced scaffolding operations.
• Erect, modify and dismantle complex scaffold structures safely and efficiently.
• Interpret scaffold drawings, specifications and technical information.
• Plan work activities, allocate labour and organise materials.
• Ensure compliance with current health and safety legislation, British Standards and Codes of Practice.
• Travel to different project locations when required.
