Job summary

Morson Human Resources Limited is recruiting experienced Advanced Scaffolders for a major industrial site in Plymouth. You will lead a team, perform complex scaffolding operations and ensure safety and compliance with industry standards.

Role requires CISRS Advanced Scaffolder Card, NVQ Level 3 in Scaffolding, and a track record of working on industrial or heavy engineering sites. Travel to various project locations may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years scaffolding experience.
• Experience leading teams on complex scaffolding projects.
• Previous experience on industrial, infrastructure or heavy engineering sites.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise teams carrying out advanced scaffolding operations.
• Erect, modify and dismantle a variety of complex scaffold structures safely and efficiently.
• Interpret scaffold drawings, specifications and technical information.
• Plan work activities, allocate labour and organise materials.
• Ensure compliance with current health and safety legislation, British Standards and Codes of Practice.
• Travel to different project locations when required.
