Job summary

• Deliver advanced clinical assessment and treatment to an adult caseload on rehabilitation pathways.
• Provide post-operative rehabilitation after major head and neck cancer surgery and burns care.
• Lead the therapy team and its developments across the service.
• Carry out recruitment and workforce planning and complete performance development reviews.
