Zusammenfassung

Birmingham Women's and Children's NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an Advanced Physiotherapist to join the Burns & Plastics service for paediatric patients. The post supports development of junior staff and offers opportunities across PICU, wards and outpatient care.

You will lead the burns team, contribute to service development, and work with the wider physiotherapy and multidisciplinary groups. Flexible arrangements and a 0.6 WTE pattern (Wed-Fri) may apply.

Qualifikationen

• Degree or diploma in Physiotherapy.
• Registration with HCPC.
• Post-registration courses in burns and plastics.
• Leadership development experience.

Aufgaben

• Assess and treat children with burn injuries across PICU, ward and outpatient settings.
• Provide professional leadership for the Physiotherapy department and define service quality indicators.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for cohesive patient care.
• Maintain a CPD portfolio and participate in local and regional teaching.
• Adhere to CSP/HCPC rules and Trust policies.
