Job summary

Queen Victoria Hospital NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Physiotherapist to join our Burns/Plastics/Head and Neck therapy service. You will support recovery, work across inpatient burns, major head and neck cancer rehabilitation, and post-operative care with a multidisciplinary team of therapists and clinicians.

The post involves clinical and management duties, including staff development, performance planning and contributing to governance. A passion for high-quality patient care is essential.

Qualifications

• Masters level degree in Physiotherapy or equivalent experience.
• Evidence of relevant postgraduate education and training.
• Current UK professional registration.

Responsibilities

• Deliver advanced clinical assessments and treatments to adult rehabilitation patients.
• Create and deliver bespoke training to less experienced therapists, students and support workers.
• Collaborate within a MDT across therapy teams and with surgeons, nurses and other clinicians.
