Job summary

Oxford Health is seeking an experienced clinician to lead the delivery of Dialectical Behaviour Therapy for Adolescents (DBT-A) across Buckinghamshire. The post combines direct patient care with the development, governance and leadership of the DBT-A programme, including training, service improvement and research.

The ideal candidate will have advanced clinical skills in CAMHS, DBT experience and formal leadership, with the ability to supervise and consult colleagues and drive outcome-focused

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse, Social worker or OT with advanced clinical skills in the relevant speciality.
• Completion of DBT Intensive Training and has or is working towards DBT Accreditation.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert care to patients on their caseload within CAMHS.
• Lead and develop the DBT-A programme including governance and training.
• Support service development, outcome evaluation and research initiatives.
• Provide supervision, consultancy and professional leadership to colleagues.
