Oxford Health NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an experienced clinician to lead the Dialectical Behaviour Therapy for Adolescents (DBT-A) programme across Buckinghamshire. You will provide expert clinical care, lead programme development and ensure strong clinical governance, while offering professional leadership and consultancy to colleagues.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse, Social Worker or OT with advanced clinical skills.
• DBT Intensive Training completed or in progress toward accreditation.
• Experience in strategic decision-making at a leadership level.
• Experience delivering and guiding DBT in child/adolescent settings.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert care to CAMHS patients on caseload.
• Lead DBT-A programme development, governance and delivery across Buckinghamshire.
• Offer professional leadership and clinical consultancy to colleagues.
• Deliver training and contribute to service improvement, audits and research.
• Support multi-agency work and complex assessments, ensuring high-quality service delivery.
