Social Care 2 Recruit is seeking an experienced Supported Living Manager to lead a brand-new service in Warrington. You will oversee day-to-day operations, build a dedicated team and establish high-quality, person-centred care from the ground up.

The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and a solid understanding of CQC standards. You will recruit, induct and supervise staff while ensuring compliant practices and positive outcomes for the people supported.
