Job summary

Sunderland AFC Women is seeking a 1st Team Performance Analyst to ensure the first team is exceptionally well prepared and capable of reflecting performance.

The role involves leading post-match, style of play and in-game analysis, producing engaging, concise insights to support coaching, technical and leadership decisions.

Collaborating with the Club and Bay Collective, you will develop high-performing analysis processes and maintain best-practice databases.

Qualifications

• Analytical, collaborative and proactive professional with a relevant qualification or equivalent experience in performance analysis.
• Proficiency in coding software and data analysis tools.
• Ability to lead meetings and deliver presentations, translating complex data into clear messages.
• Drone licence and Enhanced DBS clearance required by SAFC.

Responsibilities
