MULTI AGENCY SAFEGUARDING HUB (MASH) Safeguarding Clerical Officer – Grade 4 Location: This role is currently designated as a fixed-location post under the Agile Working Policy. The primary working location for this role will continue to be Merrion House, Leeds City Centre. In the future, there may also be a requirement to carry out some duties from an alternative location within Leeds. The details and timing of this change are still being developed, as they are dependent on wider estate capacity and availability.
Shift Patterns: Monday to Friday, 0800–1600 hrs (flexible on agreement).

Applications are invited to join the clerical team within Leeds MASH based at Merrion House, Centre, Leeds.
Leeds MASH is a busy team and a Partnership role. The successful candidate will develop partnership working skills and risk management abilities, and the primary duty is to provide detailed and comprehensive Police reports from a range of sources such as Niche, Corvus, PND and PNC. These reports are then shared with external agencies and dedicated Police Officers and Staff within MASH who will then attend a range of Child Protection Conferences. In addition to this, you will provide a variety of clerical support for officers and staff within the team and also respond to enquiries and referrals from external agencies.
Successful applicants would be required to:
Undertake any other work as directed including working at different locations in order to provide business continuity and to enable the Unit as a whole to fulfil force-wide needs.
