Job summary

Coventry and Warwickshire Partnership NHS Trust is seeking a Band 6 Adult Learning Disability Nurse for the Intensive Support Team. The role is part-time (30 hours/week) on a 12-month secondment, based at The Loft, Nuneaton or Whitnash Lodge, Leamington, with work across Warwickshire.

The post focuses on intensive support to prevent hospital admissions, MDT collaboration, and discharge planning, including mentoring junior staff within a multidisciplinary environment.

Qualifications

• Nursing degree in learning disability nursing is essential.
• Registered with the NMC is essential.
• Post-registration experience as RNLD is required.

• Empower individuals with learning disabilities to live meaningful lives.
• Provide intensive assessment and interventions to reduce hospital admissions.
