Job summary

Tru Talent is seeking an experienced Van Technician, LCV Technician or Vehicle Technician to join a busy commercial workshop in Swindon.

The role offers up to £42,500 salary depending on shift, with overtime paid at 1.5x. Day, late and night shifts are available, along with Saturday overtime and generous holiday entitlement.

Applicants should hold Level 3 NVQ, City & Guilds or IMI in LCV/Vehicle Maintenance and a full UK driving licence.

Qualifications

• Level 3 NVQ, City & Guilds or IMI qualification in LCV/Vehicle Maintenance.
• Previous experience as a Van Technician, LCV Technician or Vehicle Technician.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Carry out major and minor mechanical repairs
• Diagnose and repair vehicle faults
• Complete preventative maintenance and inspections
• Carry out wheel alignment and tyre fitting
• Complete warranty work and vehicle documentation
• Maintain high standards of safety and quality
