Our client is a leading LCV dealership seeking an experienced LCV Technician. Depending on experience, candidates with a passenger car background for LCV work will also be considered.

Responsibilities:

1. Identify and diagnose vehicle faults efficiently to achieve first-time fix.
2. Communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and Service Administration.
3. Complete all necessary paperwork according to company guidelines and manufacturer warranty procedures.
4. Maintain knowledge of the manufacturer’s latest bulletins.
5. Perform vehicle health checks (VHCs) on all vehicles.
6. Ensure all paperwork aligns with brand and company standards.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Fully qualified Vehicle Technician, ideally with VAG experience.
• Minimum NVQ Level 3 or equivalent; VAG qualification preferred.
• Experience in vehicle diagnostics.
• Appropriate driving license for the class of vehicle.
