We are seeking a Web Print and Screens Technician to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will work within a small team to manufacture and deliver high-quality, compliant products according to strict SOPs, ensuring timely, full, and cost-effective output to meet business needs. You will also support the Screens and Web Printing manufacturing areas proactively.

The shift pattern is 4 days on, 4 days off, from 6 pm to 6 am.

Your main responsibilities include operating web print lines and/or screen equipment for strip and sensor products, weighing and measuring raw materials, checking for expired materials, and performing Mac Pac transactions like generating batch numbers and material transactions. You will support web printing and screen build processes, input data accurately, and maintain yield and process efficiency databases.

Additional duties involve operating and interpreting product inspection systems, verifying data and documentation, conducting independent verifications, and performing P2P reviews as directed. You will support investigation and resolution of quality exceptions, proactively prevent non-conformances, and ensure compliance with quality systems, GMP, and regulatory standards. You may also participate in projects to improve quality and efficiency.

Qualifications include secondary education; manufacturing experience is preferred but not mandatory if transferable skills are demonstrated.
