Job summary

ASI Recruitment Ltd in Sittingbourne is seeking a seasoned LCV Sales Executive to join our dealer site. This role offers a balanced schedule with a Monday-to-Friday week and one Saturday morning in four, finishing by 1pm.

You will sell vans and campervans, qualify customer needs, arrange viewings, and nurture leads to handover. The package includes a £15,000 base plus commission and an average earnings figure around £52,000, with a company van and pension benefits.

Qualifications

• Previous sales experience, ideally within automotive or similar environment.
• Confident communication and relationship-building skills.
• A target-driven attitude and motivation to earn through commission.

Responsibilities

• Selling vans and campervans to customers with a range of requirements.
• Understanding customer needs and recommending suitable vehicles.
• Managing sales enquiries, arranging viewings and following up with prospective buyers.
• Building relationships and guiding customers through the buying process.
• Working towards sales targets and maximizing commission opportunities.
• Delivering a professional customer experience from first enquiry through to handover.
