Enterprise Flex-E-Rent in Oldbury is seeking a skilled Technician/Mechanic to diagnose, maintain and repair a broad range of commercial vehicles, including Mercedes, Iveco and Ford. You will work in a busy, modern workshop with a focus on safety, quality and continuous improvement.

The role offers a clear path to Master Technician through a 5-stage development programme, a Monday–Friday schedule with no weekend shifts, and benefits designed to support growth and work-life balance.

Competenze

• NVQ Level 3 in Vehicle Maintenance (or equivalent) with experience working with HGVs, LCVs or commercial vehicle fleets.
• Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills and experience using vehicle diagnostic equipment.
• Full UK Manual Driving Licence.
• Aged 21 and above for insurance purposes.
• Full right to work in the UK.
