Enterprise Mobility is seeking an ambitious LCV Technician/Mechanic for the Flex‑E‑Rent Sheffield workshop. You will diagnose, repair, and service a range of commercial vehicles, taking ownership from diagnosis to completion and ensuring MOT readiness.

You’ll operate with modern diagnostic tools and collaborate in a fast-paced team. The role offers overtime paid at 1.25x, a clear career path via our training programme, and a £1500 joining bonus.

Formación

• NVQ Level 3 in Vehicle Maintenance or equivalent.
• Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills.
• Experience with HGVs, LCVs or commercial fleets.
• Full UK Driving Licence.
• Aged 21+ for insurance purposes.
• Full right to work in the UK.

Responsabilidades

• Diagnosing, maintaining and repairing a wide range of commercial vehicles.
• Carrying out mechanical, electrical and electronic fault finding.
• Using diagnostic equipment to identify and resolve vehicle faults efficiently.
• Working with leading manufacturers including Mercedes, Iveco and Ford.
• Taking ownership of repairs from diagnosis through to successful completion.
• Preparing vehicles for MOT and ensuring all vehicles meet safety and quality standards.
• Maintaining accurate records using digital systems and tools.
• Collaborating with a skilled and friendly team to maximise vehicle availability.
• Adapting to changing priorities and supporting the team across various vehicle types.

Location

Enterprise Flex‑E‑Rent, 1 Lawrence St, Attercliffe, Sheffield S9 3RG

£750 payable in first months’ pay and £750 payable after successful completion of 90‑day probation review. Subject to tax and NI deductions, eligibility criteria will apply.

What We're Looking For

• Good organisation and time‑management skills
• A proactive, detail‑oriented approach and a passion for vehicle maintenance
• Experience with vehicle electrical systems and modern vehicle technology
• Experience preparing vehicles for MOT
• Experience working to productivity and efficiency targets
• Strong IT skills and confidence using workshop systems

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 in Vehicle Maintenance (or equivalent) with experience working with HGVs, LCVs or commercial vehicle fleets
• Strong diagnostic and fault‑finding skills and experience using vehicle diagnostic equipment
• Full UK Manual Driving Licence
• Aged 21 and above for insurance purposes
• Full right to work in the UK
