Enterprise Mobility is seeking a skilled LCV Technician / Mechanic to join the Flex-E-Rent Mobile team in Milton Keynes. You'll diagnose faults, maintain a range of commercial vehicles and deliver quality repairs, with a Monday-to-Friday pattern and no weekend shifts.

Competitive pay with overtime paid at 1.25x, a £1,500 joining bonus, and a structured career development programme to Master Technician level. You’ll work with leading brands and benefit from generous leave and pension schemes.

Competenze

• NVQ Level 3 in Vehicle Maintenance (or equivalent).
• Experience with HGVs, LCVs or commercial fleets.
• Full UK manual driving licence.
• Aged 21+ for insurance purposes.
• Right to work in the UK.

Mansioni

• Diagnosing, maintaining and repairing a wide range of commercial vehicles.
• Carrying out mechanical, electrical and electronic fault finding.
• Using diagnostic equipment to identify and resolve vehicle faults efficiently.
• Working with leading manufacturers including Mercedes, Iveco and Ford.
• Taking ownership of repairs from diagnosis through to successful completion.
• Preparing vehicles for MOT and ensuring all vehicles meet safety and quality standards.
• Maintaining accurate records using digital systems and tools.

What We're Looking For

• Strong IT skills and confidence using workshop systems

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 in Vehicle Maintenance (or equivalent) with experience working with HGVs, LCVs or commercial vehicle fleets


• Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills and experience using vehicle diagnostic equipment


• Full UK Manual Driving Licence


• Aged 21 and above for insurance purposes
