Job summary

Enterprise Mobility is seeking a skilled LCV Technician/Mechanic to join our Flex-E-Rent Mobile team serving the UK. You will diagnose faults, maintain and repair a wide range of commercial vehicles, and prepare them for MOT.

You should be proactive, with strong fault-finding skills, experience with electrical systems and modern vehicle technology, and a commitment to safety and quality. Overtime available with competitive pay and a clear career path.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, maintain and repair a wide range of commercial vehicles.
• Carry out mechanical, electrical and electronic fault finding.
• Use diagnostic equipment to identify and resolve faults.
• Work with leading manufacturers (Mercedes, Iveco, Ford).
• Take ownership of repairs from diagnosis to completion.
• Prepare vehicles for MOT and ensure safety/quality standards.
• Keep accurate records using digital systems.
• Collaborate with the team to maximise vehicle availability.

What You'll Be Doing

• Diagnosing, maintaining and repairing a wide range of commercial vehicles
• Carrying out mechanical, electrical and electronic fault finding
• Using diagnostic equipment to identify and resolve vehicle faults efficiently
• Working with leading manufacturers including Mercedes, Iveco and Ford
• Taking ownership of repairs from diagnosis through to successful completion
• Preparing vehicles for MOT and ensuring all vehicles meet safety and quality standards
• Maintaining accurate records using digital systems and tools
• Collaborating with a skilled and friendly team to maximise vehicle availability
• Adapting to changing priorities and supporting the team across a variety of vehicle types and repair requirements.

• NVQ Level 3 in Vehicle Maintenance (or equivalent) with experience working with HGVs, LCVs or commercial vehicle fleets
• Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills and experience using vehicle diagnostic equipment
• Full UK Manual Driving Licence
• Aged 21 and above for insurance purposes
• Full right to work in the UK
