Job summary

GreenThumb Ltd is seeking a Lawn Care Operative in Battle (The Weald) for a full-time, permanent role. You will work outdoors across the local area, applying lawn treatments, diagnosing issues, and performing seasonal renovations while delivering excellent customer service.

No prior experience is required as comprehensive training and pesticide qualifications are provided. A full UK manual driving licence and right to work in the UK are required.

What You'll Do

As a Lawn Care Operative, you'll help customers get the most from their gardens by:

• Applying professional lawn treatments
• Diagnosing common lawn issues and offering advice
• Carrying out seasonal lawn renovations, including aeration and scarification
• Introducing customers to additional GreenThumb services
• Delivering friendly, professional customer service
