Job summary

GreenThumb Ltd is seeking a Lawn Care Operative to join our UK-wide outdoor services team in The Weald. This full-time, permanent role covers local area travel and hands-on lawn care tasks, with full training provided.

You'll diagnose lawn issues, apply treatments, carry out seasonal renovations, and promote additional GreenThumb services, while delivering friendly, professional customer service. Salary starts at £27,831 with £2,000 OTE, Monday–Friday, 8:00am–4:30pm, with optional overtime.

Qualifications

• No previous experience required; full training provided.
• Must hold a full UK manual driving licence.
• Pesticide qualifications provided during training.
• Mon–Fri work schedule with optional overtime.

What You'll Do

• Diagnosing common lawn issues and offering advice
• Carrying out seasonal lawn renovations, including aeration and scarification
• Introducing customers to additional GreenThumb services
• Delivering friendly, professional customer service
