GreenThumb Ltd in Enfield is hiring a Lawn Care Operative. This full-time, permanent role puts you outdoors, visiting customers’ gardens across your local area to apply lawn treatments and troubleshoot issues.

We provide full training and pesticide qualifications, a company van and phone, and a uniform. No previous experience is required; you’ll grow skills while delivering friendly, professional customer service.

What You'll Do

As a Lawn Care Operative, you'll help customers get the most from their gardens by:

• Applying professional lawn treatments
• Diagnosing common lawn issues and offering advice
• Carrying out seasonal lawn renovations, including aeration and scarification
• Introducing customers to additional GreenThumb services
• Delivering friendly, professional customer service
