Job summary

GreenThumb Ltd in Watford is hiring a Lawn Care Operative for a full-time, permanent role. You'll work outdoors, travel across your local area and see the results of your work first-hand while helping customers create healthier lawns.

No previous experience needed—the company provides full training, pesticide qualifications and ongoing support. You’ll need a full UK manual driving licence and the right to work in the UK. Mon-Fri hours, competitive pay and company van included.

What You'll Do

• Applying professional lawn treatments
• Diagnosing common lawn issues and offering advice
• Carrying out seasonal lawn renovations, including aeration and scarification
• Introducing customers to additional GreenThumb services
• Delivering friendly, professional customer service
