GreenThumb Ltd in Hoddesdon is seeking a Lawn Care Operative for a full-time, permanent role outdoors. You'll apply professional lawn treatments, diagnose issues, and help customers improve their outdoor spaces while staying active and moving between local sites.

No previous experience is required as full training and pesticide qualifications are provided. The role includes a company van, annual uniform, 22 days holiday, and a clear path to develop your career within the UK's leading lawn care

What You'll Do

• Applying professional lawn treatments
• Diagnosing common lawn issues and offering advice
• Carrying out seasonal lawn renovations, including aeration and scarification

• Delivering friendly, professional customer service
