Job summary

GreenThumb Ltd is seeking a Lawn Care Operative in Enfield to join our expanding team. This full-time, permanent role keeps you active outdoors, delivering lawn treatments and customer service across the local area.

You'll receive full training including pesticide qualifications, a starting salary of £27,831 with £2,000 OTE, Monday–Friday 8:00am–4:30pm, and a company van, phone and uniform. Progression opportunities available.

Qualifications

• Full UK manual driving licence
• Right to work in the UK

What You'll Do

As a Lawn Care Operative, you'll help customers get the most from their gardens by:

• Applying professional lawn treatments
• Diagnosing common lawn issues and offering advice
• Carrying out seasonal lawn renovations, including aeration and scarification
• Introducing customers to additional GreenThumb services
• Delivering friendly, professional customer service
