GreenThumb Ltd. in Watford is seeking a Lawn Care Operative for a full-time permanent role in outdoor work. You’ll help customers optimise their gardens, applying lawn treatments and offering practical lawn advice while enjoying the fresh air and variety each day.

Training is provided, and the company supports development with funded qualifications. A van and equipment are provided, with a 8:00am-4:30pm schedule and optional overtime.

What You'll Do

As a Lawn Care Operative, you'll help customers get the most from their gardens by:

• Applying professional lawn treatments
• Diagnosing common lawn issues and offering advice
• Carrying out seasonal lawn renovations, including aeration and scarification
• Introducing customers to additional GreenThumb services
• Delivering friendly, professional customer service
