Job summary

Responsibilities

• Knowledge Management: Updating and maintaining intranet content; Supporting with knowledge system administration; Monitoring metadata and taxonomy quality; Assisting with AI-driven content initiatives; Producing usage reports and statistics; Helping to deliver training and inductions; Creating user guides and support materials.
