Qualifications

• Previous experience in a law firm, in any role, for 1+ years.
• Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to explain complex concepts in a simple way.

Responsibilities

• Managing a portfolio of clients and acting as a key contact throughout their journey.
• Developing deep understanding of each client's business, processes and objectives.
• Conducting detailed analysis of client requirements and how the software can support their goals.
• Proactively checking in with customers through remote meetings and training plans.
• Delivering training and helping clients gain confidence with the software.
• Identifying opportunities for clients to access additional products and services.
