Job summary

enable Recruitment is assisting a well-established software business that supports law firms across the UK to hire a Customer Success Consultant - Legal. The role is Bath or Leeds with hybrid working and a starting package of 35k plus a 4k car allowance and excellent benefits.

You will manage a portfolio of clients, working closely with them to understand their business, overcome challenges and ensure they gain maximum value from the software.

Qualifications

• Experience in a law firm is preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of clients and be the main point of contact throughout the journey.
• Develop understanding of each client's business, processes and objectives.
• Analyze client requirements and map software capabilities to goals.
• Proactively engage customers through remote meetings and training plans.
• Deliver training to help clients maximise software value.
• Identify opportunities to upsell additional products and services.
• Build trusted relationships with key stakeholders.
• Gather and relay client feedback to internal teams.
