Job summary

IRIS Software Group is inviting applications for a Client Payroll Associate role in our Manchester office. You will support payroll teams, organize client data, verify transmissions, and help with admin tasks in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

No prior payroll experience is required, and you’ll have a clear progression path within Payroll, HR, or Tech as you grow. Interviews are held locally, with opportunities to learn and develop within IRIS's trusted payroll practice.

Qualifications

• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Confident communicator and team player.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and MS Office.
• Eager to learn and develop in payroll.
• No prior payroll experience required.

Responsibilities

• Process and organize client payroll documents.
• Maintain payroll data and monthly trackers.
• Verify BACS transmissions and audit logs.
• Support Payroll Managers with admin tasks.
• Assist with P60 distributions and data archiving.
