Job summary

Delphi Care Solutions Ltd. is launching a brand-new 3-bed SEMH children's home in Nuneaton, offering a unique opportunity for an autonomous Registered Manager to build and shape the service from day one.

You will recruit and develop a skilled team, drive safeguarding and compliance, and implement a child-centred culture focused on outstanding outcomes. The role combines leadership with hands-on service development and professional growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience within children's residential care.
• Strong understanding of SEMH and trauma-informed practice.
• Excellent knowledge of Children's Homes Regulations and Quality Standards.
• Leadership or management experience within a residential childcare setting.
• Strong safeguarding knowledge.
• Full UK Driving Licence.

Delphi Care Solutions is recruiting on behalf of an ambitious children's care provider looking for a Registered Manager to launch and lead a brand-new 3-bed SEMH children's home in Nuneaton.

The Role

As Registered Manager, you will play a key role in establishing a safe, nurturing and high-performing home for children with social, emotional and mental health needs.

You will be responsible for:

Essential
