Job summary

gther in Maidenhead, Berkshire, is seeking an Implementation Specialist to turn client event technology requirements into configured, tested, launch-ready solutions. This hands-on role offers hybrid work with approximately three days in the office and travel as needed.

You’ll configure products, build client environments, manage data and assets, create implementation plans, and test end-to-end journeys to ensure on-time delivery and launch readiness.

Qualifications

• Experience in software implementation, SaaS, event technology, digital project delivery, onboarding or a similar environment.
• Strong technical and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Confidence learning and configuring software platforms.
• Ability to turn requirements into clear, practical actions.

Responsibilities

• Configure gther products and platforms around individual client requirements.
• Build and manage client environments ready for launch.
• Manage data, content, branding, permissions and platform setup.
• Work from agreed scopes and requirements to deliver the right solution.
• Create and manage implementation plans, milestones and dependencies.
• Work with clients to gather the information and assets needed for delivery.
• Test configurations and complete user journeys before launch.
• Support User Acceptance Testing and resolve implementation issues.
