Job summary

SS&C Technologies Holdings is seeking an Implementation Lead in London/Essex with a hybrid work model (6 days a month in the office). You will lead the global implementation team, design a scalable framework, and own end-to-end delivery from client UAT to production.

Strong experience in software implementations, SaaS products, and financial systems migration is required. You will collaborate with product and technology teams, manage client programs, train end users, and provide go-live support.

Qualifications

• Experience managing software implementation projects in a software or professional services company.
• Experience implementing SaaS products.
• Experience migrating financial systems (e.g. Transfer Agency/Fund accounting).
• Ability to manage multiple requirements, deadlines and projects.
• Excellent communications skills in English (verbal and written).
• Moderate travel to client sites when necessary.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Global Implementation team and shape processes for a high-functioning, client-facing team.
• Design a common implementation framework applicable to any product/workstream.
• Own end-to-end implementation projects with on-time delivery and budget adherence.
• Develop and maintain a repeatable conversion and migration strategy.
• Configure client UAT and production environments for new and upgraded implementations.
• Collaborate with customers to manage client UAT and implementation programs.
• Develop and test implementation run books with project managers.
• Provide end-user training on software products.
• Offer go-live and post-implementation support.
• Proactively manage scope changes and risks with contingency plans.
• Provide regular updates to stakeholders and run weekly project update meetings.
• Manage expectations to ensure satisfaction throughout the implementation process.
• Serve as first-level escalation for project-related risks and issues.
