Job summary

Kinetic seeks a Software Implementation Specialist to own onboarding and configuration for client projects, including training and go-live. You will collaborate with UK and North American teams, travel to customer sites within the UK, and help embed scalable delivery practices.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' experience in software implementation, project management, or professional services.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects with competing priorities.
• Confident trainer with on-site and remote delivery skills.
• Strong communication and relationship-building with customers at all levels.
• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
• UK-based with the ability to travel to customer sites as required.
• Nice to have experience in UK higher education or student housing environments.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of new product implementations from initiation to sign-off.
• Manage multiple concurrent projects with clear communication to customers and stakeholders.
• Act as primary delivery contact post-signature for smooth handoffs.
• Coordinate with Customer Success, Support, and Product to hit milestones.
• Design and deliver customer training for UK implementations, on-site and remotely.
• Tailor training to each institution's configuration and user base.
• Develop and maintain training materials and knowledge resources.
• Configure systems to meet requirements, including data migration and integrations.
• Provide configuration support on North American projects as needed.
• Help define delivery timelines and resource needs during sales.
• Identify opportunities to improve delivery processes and scalability.
