The Brabazon Bar

The Brabazon Bar is the heart of our resort, serving light dishes and coffees during the day, afternoon tea, and hand-crafted cocktails in the evening. The bar also hosts live music on weekends.

Salary

The on-target earning potential for this role is £13.10 – £14.40 hourly, consisting of a base hourly rate of £12.21 – £13.51 plus an estimated £0.89 gratuities per hour. The above rates include additional pay for late-night hours (12am – 6am).

About the role

Successful candidates will be required to work weekends, with shifts from 11pm – 7:30am.

• Your duties will include all the responsibilities of a bartender.
• Welcome all guests in a polite and friendly manner.
• Deliver a great experience from beginning to end.
• Confidently discuss menus, offer upsells and enthusiastically promote our range.
• Take orders and proactively ensure guest needs are met.
• Maintain cleaning and hygiene practices as a core part of the role.

About you

Previous experience in a busy bar or restaurant is preferred but not required. We will train you and provide the skills needed to succeed. If you have prior experience, we will build on it in a department where you fit best.
