The role sits on the Data & Analytics leadership team and emphasizes influence over authority, delivering practical, data-driven improvements in delivery routing, slot management, and performance tracking for Ocado Retail and partners.

• Lead and develop the Last Mile analytics team with clear prioritization and communication standards.
